📢 Important Notice: Temporary Shipping Surcharge
At AAF Furniture, we are committed to providing you with the best value without compromising on quality. Despite recent significant increases in global fuel prices, sea freight rates, and raw material costs, we have made the difficult decision to absorb these costs and will NOT be increasing our product prices.
To maintain our high standards of service and ensure the safe delivery of your orders during this period, a temporary Logistics & Fuel Surcharge will be applied to all shipments. This measure is strictly temporary and will be reviewed regularly based on market conditions. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
Shipping Coverage
We offer free shipping across all 7 Emirates of the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
Shipping Restrictions: Remote suburban areas that are exceptionally far from major cities and cannot be reached by our logistics partners are not covered by our delivery service. If your address is located in a remote area, our customer service team will contact you after order confirmation to discuss alternative delivery arrangements.
Delivery Timeframe
- Standard Delivery Time: 10-15 business days
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days after order confirmation
- Shipping Time: 8-13 business days after processing
Note: Delivery times may be extended due to high order volumes, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Method
We use reliable logistics partners to deliver your orders. All shipments include tracking services. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package status.

Free shipping across the UAE with no minimum order value required.
Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package in real-time and monitor delivery progress.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete, including recipient name, detailed street address, city/emirate, and contact phone number. Incomplete address information may cause delivery delays. If you need to modify your delivery address, please contact our customer service team before your order ships.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If no one is available to receive the delivery, our logistics partner will: 1) Leave a delivery notice, 2) Attempt redelivery, 3) Hold the package at the nearest service point for collection.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, or if you encounter any issues during shipping, please contact us. Our customer service team will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Customs and Duties
No additional customs duties or import taxes apply to deliveries within the UAE. All prices are final, and the amount shown at checkout is the total amount you need to pay.
