Shipping & Delivery Terms
At AAF Furniture we strive to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all our customers. Please note the following terms:

Delivery Methods

Home Delivery: We will deliver your purchased furniture directly to the address you provide.

Store Pickup: If you prefer, you may opt to pick up your items from our store. Simply choose the “Pick Up In-Store” option during checkout and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Delivery Timeframe
Once your order is confirmed, we will schedule your shipment or pickup. Usually shipped 8-10 days after you place your order.
For store pickup, we will contact you when your order is ready and you may collect at your convenience.

Delivery Charges & Free Delivery

Home delivery within our service area is subject to standard delivery fees, which will be displayed at checkout.

For purchases exceeding (insert threshold) you may be eligible for free home delivery.

Store pickup is free of charge.

Preparing for Delivery or Pickup

For home delivery: Please ensure that there is sufficient access (doorways, corridors, elevator if applicable) to accommodate the furniture being delivered. Our delivery team will bring the items to the agreed-upon location within your premises.

For store pickup: Bring your order confirmation (printed or digital) and a valid ID to our store counter to collect your items.

Inspection & Acceptance
Upon delivery or pickup, please inspect the items carefully in the presence of our staff or store representative. If you notice any damage, missing items or defects, please report it immediately so that we may address it promptly.

Changes or Rescheduling
If you need to change your delivery address, reschedule the date/time or change to store pickup (or vice versa), please contact our Customer Service team at least (insert notice period) hours before the scheduled delivery time. Changes may be subject to availability and additional fees.

Service Area & Limitations
Home delivery service is available within (insert geographic coverage) only. Some remote or high-rise locations may attract additional charges or require special arrangements. We will advise you of any such conditions when your order is processed.

Returns & Re-Delivery
If you return your furniture (in accordance with our Returns Policy) and request a re-delivery, standard delivery charges will apply unless otherwise stated.
